Retreat Program
Overview**

**Provided for informational purposes only. The specifics for each day’s events are subject to change and will be confirmed and communicated closer to the retreat.

Day One - Initiation and Community Connection

Retreat Participants arrive at the Denver airport by 12:00 noon on Friday, December 6th, 2024. From there, they will be picked up by a shuttle that will drive them to the Lone Rock Retreat in Bailey, CO, approximately one hour away.

Upon your arrival, you will check in to your room and have an opportunity to tour the beautiful campus, grab a snack, and start meeting your fellow retreat participants and team. We’ll start the afternoon with an opening ceremony, some fun, embodied get-to-know-you activities, and a nourishing dinner. Day One is designed to facilitate connection and initiate the cohort for the experiential journey that follows.

We will close the evening with an intention-setting ritual.

Day Two - Awakening

We begin Day Two with a grounding opening practice designed to create safety and space for awakening. We’ll explore the neuroscience of spirituality, trauma and healing modalities to discover parts of you that you may be shutting out of your professional identity. We’ll help you identify the additional support you need to connect to your energy source, including your own faith-practice or other ways you connect to spirit. We’ll explore how to remove blocks to your leadership and release unconscious habits and beliefs that can stunt your impact and disconnect you from your vocation. Day Two’s events will include group dialogue, facilitated group practice and healing sessions, dyad and triad work as well as multiple opportunities to be in embodied practice and self-reflection in nature.

The day ends with a release ritual.

Day Three - Align & Amplify

Day Three will focus on filling your cup. Starting the day with a guided visualization, you will be supported to discover the source of your power beyond the cognitive, and tune into receiving messages through ancestral work, drumming, visioning and/or tapping into intuitive knowing. We’ll help you map the path to (re)aligning with your soul’s purpose, bringing all your gifts into that alignment, and incorporating new tools and practices into your day-to-day leadership to amplify your impact. In addition to participating in multiple facilitated journeys and guided embodied practices, Day Three’s events will also include group discussions, dyad and triad work as well as multiple opportunities to be in embodied practice and self-reflection in nature.

The day ends with a manifestation ritual followed by a community celebration of joy. And yes, there will be dancing.

Prior to your departure you will be witnessed in our community closing circle as you name your new commitments and your next steps to integrate your leadership insights from the retreat. Shuttles will leave for the Denver Airport at 10:30 am.

FAQ’s

  • We have designed this retreat to be grounded in spiritualism but agnostic to religion. In our experience, tapping into “spirit” or that which transcends or goes beyond what we can understand cognitively produces a much deeper and wider container for insight, learning and growth. You will always have choice regarding the extent of your participation within particular practices and rituals, and we just encourage you to be open to the experience that seeks to integrate another way of tapping into meaning.

  • Founder of Day Six Leadership Tina Fernandez along with a small group of experienced facilitators, coaches, teachers and guides will hold the container and share leadership for the three days of the retreat. Names of specific facilitators along with their bios will be released along with the specific agenda of the retreat closer to the event.

  • Participants are selected based on the commitment they name to the vision of the future they are working towards along with what they seek to contribute through their leadership and how they have navigated challenge and change up to this point in their lives. Great care is put into creating a cohort that is both diverse enough to create a dynamic and engaging group experience, yet cohesive and aligned enough to generate safety.

  • We are hoping to announce additional retreat dates for 2025 and beyond towards the end of 2024. If for some reason you are not selected to attend the December 2024 retreat, and you’d like to be put on a waiting list in case of cancellations, or on the waiting list for future retreats, that option will be made available to you.
